General Manager

General Manager Benefits & Compensation
  • Competitive base salary ($80K-$90K) plus annual bonus potential up to $30K

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership abilities with a passion for people and hospitality
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
  • Professional, self-motivated, and disciplined approach to daily operations
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all front and back of house restaurant operations
  • Foster a positive, accountable environment and model standards for hospitality
  • Own the guest experience by driving consistently high satisfaction levels
  • Ensure strict adherence to menu standards and brand expectations
  • Oversee financial performance, including labor management and cost controls
  • Manage scheduling for all team members and conduct bi-weekly inventories
  • Develop, coach, and mentor both managers and hourly staff
  • Partner closely with all department leaders to maintain exceptional food quality and service
