Service Center Supervisor

Responsibilities & Duties- Responsible for correctly processing all purchase requests and orders
- Participates in performing employee reviews and assessments within 90 days of anniversary date and annually
- Regularly in servicing staff on relevant issues
- Ensures that all staff is familiar with infection control, patient procedures, environmental safety, etc.
- Oversees Branch staff tasks throughout shift
- Oversees and if necessary, performs several processing duties for the Branch as necessary including, but not limited to assisting customers, confirming delivery appointments, and answering phones
- Responsible for all aspects of inventory management, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory counts
- Manages company vehicles in the respective location. Duties include ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are done in a cost effective and timely manner
- Ensures that all equipment is patient ready by utilizing proper cleaning and maintenance procedures based on company and manufacturers written guidelines
- Oversees equipment is processed appropriately for warranty repairs and warranty exchanges
- Maintains all regulatory and necessary compliance data for accreditation and maintains compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Responsible to be the contact for any regulatory site visit
- Will handle patient complaints that present to the office
- Responsible for completing compliant form and follow the compliant process
- Performs other duties as required
- Develops and ensures compliance with a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule of the facility
- Monitors the disposal of organization equipment and supplies
- Two or more years of related experience in a warehouse environment required
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong customer relations/problem solving.
- Strong phone skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone and electronically.
- Microsoft Office programs.
- Basic printing/faxing/scanning.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to drive for business purposes
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Degree preferred.
