We’re on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the The Belmont
buzzing and loved by the locals.
Located near Belmont Forum in Cloverdale, the Belmont Tavern is a local favorite offering a fresh, modern experience for every guest. Our venue features a stylish Family Bistro with an indoor playground, a relaxed Beer Garden with live music, and a high-energy Sports Bar equipped with TAB facilities and pool tables.
Whether we are hosting tailored functions or serving up pub classics, we pride ourselves on providing warm, welcoming hospitality to the local community.
Salary:$76,600 + superannuation + bonus
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager- Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of their crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift
- This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
- You’ve been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervising
- You’ve learned from great managers and now you’re ready to step up
- You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- You’ve got a current RSA and Approved Manager Card, as per WA state requirements
