Senior Commercial Roof Project Manager

A client company that we are working with are actively interviewing for an open role within their company for a senior level project manager in the commercial roofing space. This company is well known in their market for doing reputable work and dealing with their customers/clients/employees the right way. They are open to speaking with individuals who have years of commercial roof experience and knowledge and so if that is you then take a look at some of the other details to this Senior Project Manager position.

Senior Commercial Roof Project Manager Duties

* Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures

* Review estimates with management

* Work with a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More

* Run Commercial Roofing projects on time and under budget

* Run crews of foreman, superintendents, etc.

* Have the ability to make site visits and decipher what type of roof systems are currently installed

Senior Commercial Roof Project Manager Experience Required

* 4+ years of estimating experience and also project managing

* Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques

* Must be comfortable with leading a team

* Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
