We’re looking for a Restoration Crew Chief. The role involves residential and commercial fire and water clean‑up and restoration, including specialty mitigation, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean‑up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move‑outs and pack‑ins, content cleaning, and supervision of Restoration Technicians.
The pay range starts at $21 - $23 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

- Restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning experience
- Previous experience as a Crew Chief in a fire and flood restoration company is highly desired
- Good communication skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel out of town
- Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT) IICRC
- Ensures timely, quality completion of assigned restoration projects.
- Directs, aids, and supervises Restoration Techs and Staff Laborers per project.
- Evaluates competence and quality of crew.
- Promotes continuous skill improvement through training.
- Monitors productivity in alignment with Production Manager.
- Ensures all project documentation is completed per protocols.
- Maintains excellent customer communication and relations.
- Performs other duties as required.
