We are seeking a PRN Maintenance Associate to help keep our facilities running smoothly and efficiently. This position is flexible and hands‑on, making it a great fit for anyone looking for supplemental work—even college students!

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Assist the maintenance team with various projects as needed

• Prior maintenance or handyman experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and perform physical tasks
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
