• Valid Business License, LLC or Incorporated Status
• Worker's Compensation Insurance
• General Liability Insurance and Non-Owned Auto Insurance
• Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN)

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Favorable results from background investigations
• Minimum of 1-year commercial janitorial cleaning experience required
