Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our team. This role supports attorneys in the management of personal injury claims and litigation, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and be passionate about helping clients during difficult times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury case management.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, legal documents, and case‑related filings.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical case files using document management software.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and courts.
  • Schedule appointments, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to attorneys as needed.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent phone and interpersonal etiquette.
  • Highly self‑motivated, organized, and dependable.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable using legal case management and document systems.
  • Prior experience in personal injury law is preferred but not required.

Details

Schedule:

Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
