Overview
Lincoln Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technology Support Specialist to provide direct technology support across the district.
Responsibilities- The employee will work as part of a team to provide technology support.
- Regularly travel between and among assigned regional schools to deliver in‑person support.
- Install, maintain, and support all district-approved technology, including a variety of operating systems (MacOS, Windows, iOS, tvOS, and Chrome) as well as hardware, network devices, and peripherals.
- Ability to troubleshoot technology and experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric information technology environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
If you have a related degree (or equivalent IT experience), a valid driver’s license, and proven experience in a customer‑centric IT environment, we encourage you to apply.
Calendar: 8 hours/day, 260 days
Salary: $22.31/hour with a generous benefits and retirement
This position is subject to veterans preference.
