Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic vision for improving security by design Lead, mentor, and empower a team of security professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration Oversee the strategic mitigation of enterprise risk and ensure compliance with security standards
Required Qualifications:
A related technical degree is required 10+ years of experience in information security, with significant leadership experience Proven experience in building and managing high-performing security teams Demonstrated experience in a Business Information Security Officer (BISO) or similar role Extensive experience with enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks
