Data Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Business Analyst to join our Business Analytics team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping how we use data to power smarter, more personalised marketing experiences.

You’ll be working closely with our Data Product Managers and delivery teams to define and prioritise product backlogs, translate business needs into development-ready user stories, and ensure the successful implementation of data-driven solutions. You’ll be right in the middle of it all—collaborating with data engineers, architects, modellers, and marketers to bring powerful insights to life through our marketing technology platforms.

We’re looking for someone who’s analytical, curious, and confident navigating both business and technical conversations.

You’ll bring experience across data disciplines like data management, architecture, and quality, and you’ll be comfortable working with database schemas, ingestion processes, and BI concepts. You’ll know how to run workshops, map processes, and document requirements clearly and concisely. If you’ve worked with marketing platforms like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Oracle Eloqua, that’s a big plus—but what really matters is your ability to connect the dots between data and business value.
