Lincoln, NE. Salary: $76,000.00–$90,000.00.

• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst working on data reporting applications, preferably in the healthcare domain.
• 7+ years of experience writing Business System and Process Change / Design Documents, including Business Requirements Documents, System Design, Training Documents, and Process Flow Charts.
• 5+ years of experience working with business clients and technical staff to drive the development of business and technical requirements.
• 7+ years of experience working independently developing and executing test scripts, test cases, data sets, and user procedures.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing the English language.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to gather and provide information effectively.
• Ability to work well within a team environment, collaborative and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate or higher level experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organization, planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills; capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Self‑starter and self‑motivated; quick to learn and apply new technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an agile project‑based environment; proficient with user stories, agile ceremonies, principles, and frameworks.

• 3+ years of experience (current within the last year) in an operational role at a Medicaid or Medicare agency or a Health Insurance company.
• Experience with Cognos reporting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint, JIRA.
