Position: IT Project Manager/Analyst

Location: Lincoln, NE

Duration: 2 years

Requirements:

• Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a Technical degree in Computer Science/Web development (or an equivalent combination of education and minimum 5+ years of web development experience).
• Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience managing projects/software development utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years of web development experience.
• Ability to perform analysis and document process flows.
• Capture business requirements and assist with design and development.
• Perform or assist with programming and testing as needed.
• Experience with Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, MVC.
• Experience with XML and XSD Schemas (Altova XMLSpy or oXygen XML Developer is a plus).
• Experience with Web Services and Windows Services.
• Experience using Microsoft SQL Server and TSQL is required.
• Experience with DB2 Z/OS.
• Experience with COBOL.
• Experience using Entity Framework (Version 6.x is a plus).
• Familiarity with User Experience Design (UX).
• Familiarity with Responsive Design Patterns.
• Ability to perform Process Flow Analysis of existing systems/applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidate must work onsite.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Preferences:

• Experience with all aspects of project management.
• Experience with training Developers is a plus.
• Experience with SSRS reports is preferred, but not required.
• Experience supporting Highway Safety / Traffic Safety systems is a major plus.
