Digital Architect / Digital Marketing + Web Strategist

At Level Ten, we build brands that move people and performance that moves mountains. We’re searching for a Digital Architect who can turn creative vision into high-impact digital ecosystems.

• Website Development: Build and maintain responsive sites that convert visitors into leads.
• Own Digital Ad Strategy: Manage, optimize, and scale Meta, Google Ads and geofencing campaigns with a focus on ROI, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
• Align Strategy + Execution: Translate creative direction into performance-driven digital experiences — from landing pages to full-funnel campaigns.
• Analyze + Adapt: Review analytics, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that drive measurable results.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with designer, brand director, and content strategists to ensure a cohesive message across all digital touchpoints.
• Innovate Constantly: Bring forward new ideas, platforms, and optimization techniques to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

• 3-5+ years of experience in website design/development and digital advertising (agency experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Word Press, Wix, and Shopify.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• A strategic mindset with proven results in optimizing conversions and audience growth.
• A balance of creative intuition and analytical rigor.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — you can lead projects and work seamlessly within a team.

$40,000 - $50,000 annually.
