Manager, Strategic Alliances, Oracle OCI
Join KPMG US to develop and manage strategic alliances with Oracle's Data Platform and OCI Infrastructure teams. This role focuses on partnership development, joint business planning, and supporting the firm's participation in Oracle's partner program.
Responsibilities- Participate in day‑to‑day alliance relationship activities with Oracle's Data Platform and OCI Infrastructure teams; support solution development, sales, and marketing.
- Support KPMG's participation in Oracle's formal partner program, including training, certifications, awards, software usage rights, opportunity registration, conferences, and joint marketing.
- Contribute to the development, management, and approval of joint business plans; manage risk and legal contracts; secure commitment from relevant stakeholders.
- Educate and align Oracle field sellers, marketers, and alliance personnel with KPMG's Oracle practice, sales, and industry teams.
- Provide stakeholders with updates on Oracle's organization and manage the firm's alliance relationship mapping; drive progress on multiple leads to increase the alliance‑influenced pipeline.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum five years of experience in professional services or consultative business development; at least three years in cloud infrastructure, technology innovation, or data/analytics with a strong emphasis on Oracle Data and OCI Infrastructure. Industry background in Financial Services, Retail, or Healthcare is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred); alternatively high school diploma or GED with five years of alliance‑management experience.
- Experience working with Oracle Data Platform and OCI Infrastructure sales teams and demonstrable relationships.
- Demonstrated success in building and nurturing win‑win relationships; strong networking and influence management skills.
- Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project‑management skills and a track record of delivering results.
- Ability to travel up to 25 %.
