The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for analyzing and reviewing data that is collected in our current and future products and services. Working with our Data Scientist team, the analyst uses this data to apply to the markets our products are in so we can better serve customers. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail with the ability to review calculations for quality assurance.

The analyst must have strong communication and organization skills and a working knowledge of day‑to‑day operations and priorities within the department and the company.

The role also involves troubleshooting and problem solving issues, working closely with managers and developers, and creating internal reporting features to streamline information processing and sharing throughout the company.

We use Microsoft Excel extensively; experience with SQL
, Tableau
, Microsoft Power BI
, and/or R/Python is preferred. Assume other duties as assigned.

• In Office Position with a 4.5‑day regular work week. Ability to commute daily to a local office is required.
