The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for team members across our organization. This role partners closely with HR leadership, practice managers, and team members to provide support across all areas of HR. The position is based out of our Lincoln, Nebraska headquarters.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, offer letters, and employment documentation such as background checks and i9 processing
Maintain accurate employee records and update information in HRIS systems
Assist with cyclical internal HR processes, such as annual merit, engagement surveys, benefits enrollment, etc.
Prepare HR reports and documents such as offer letters, status changes, and policy acknowledgments
Help organize training sessions, orientations, internal meetings and events
- 12 years of HR or administrative experience, ideally in healthcare or a servicedriven environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of basic HR principles
