Key Responsibilities
- Administer the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance across HR processes
- Manage employee relations and facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and leave management
- Coordinate with recruiting and payroll teams, and support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a digital product or professional services environment
- Expertise in administering employee benefits programs and maintaining compliant employee records
- Familiarity with HR systems, particularly data management and process automation
- Experience in coordinating onboarding programs and navigating M&A processes
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to creating a thoughtful employee experience
