Base Salary from $95,000 + Super + Bonus + Group Wide Discounts

We’re on the hunt for a REAL Publican, someone who lives and breathes hospitality, leads from the front, and brings locals together by creating pub experiences they love.

A stone's throw away from the coastline of Dunsborough Beach sits the Dunsborough Hotel. A local icon, serving locals and visitors alike for years through delicious food, refreshing beverages and old-school hospitality.

This role is for the calculated thrill seeker – keep this local gem and the way you run it, the talk of the town and the happy place for locals, yet be able to scale operations and welcome guests and tourists in droves during holiday season!

• You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
• You run the place like it’s your own modern‑day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
• You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high‑performing team.
• You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
• You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• Hold current industry RSA and Approved Manager qualifications as per state requirements.
