Clinic Practice Manager II
Location: Lee's Summit Family Care, HCA Healthcare (Kansas)
Position Summary: Responsible for planning, directing, and managing day‑to‑day clinic operations, ensuring high quality, efficient patient care and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, develop, and implement clinic functions, programs and activities to ensure compliance, efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Supervise, coach, and counsel front‑office and clinical staff; interview, hire, and train new staff.
- Address concerns from physicians, employees, and patients; collaborate with leaders to solve problems and improve processes.
- Develop and manage the practice budget, including profit‑and‑loss responsibility, revenue, expenses, and budgeting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience may substitute.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
