Role DescriptionCareMATRIX is seeking a Senior Living Advisor to serve as the face of CareMATRIX in the Lincoln market. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives working independently, enjoys face-to-face communication, and is driven by helping people during critical life moments.
You’ll work directly with families, healthcare professionals, and senior living communities—blending compassionate consulting, relationship-building, and sales into one rewarding role. If you enjoy being out in the community, managing your own schedule, and driving growth through strong local connections, then this role is for you.
What You’ll Do- Represent CareMATRIX as the trusted local advisor in the Lincoln market
- Guide families through senior living options, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care
- Build and nurture strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, social workers, and community partners
- Attend local networking events and community outreach opportunities
- Manage and grow a referral and lead pipeline using Hub Spot CRM
- Schedule and coordinate tours and walkthroughs with partner communities
- Operate independently while collaborating with the broader CareMATRIX team
- Comfortable working independently and owning your territory
- Enjoys in-person communication and relationship-driven work

Industry experience is a big plus—but not a deal breaker. We value the right personality, mindset, and work ethic just as much as background.
Experience (Preferred- Not Required)
- 5+ years in a professional or client-facing role
- Experience in senior living, healthcare/geriatrics, sales, or community outreach
- Experience building referral relationships
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot is a plus)
- Well-connected in the Lincoln area—or highly motivated to build strong, lasting local relationships
- Genuinely compassionate and confident guiding families through emotional decisions
- Background in geriatrics, senior living, or healthcare or a proven track record of success in relationship-driven sales

High Pay Potential
This is a 1099 contractor role:
Flexible pay package options with significant earning upside for motivated, driven advisors.
Pay package options will be discussed in an interview.
