What We Offer:- Starting salary of $84,000 with compensation review at 3-6 months

Work with an experienced LIMHP and supportive leadership team
- Take pride in thorough, timely clinical documentation
- Want to serve individuals with I/DD who often face barriers to quality behavioral health services
- Value accountability and follow-through on commitments
- Appreciate structure and autonomy to create your own systems
- Want your clinical work implemented effectively, not filed away
- Conduct FBAs and develop BSPs/Safety Plans
- Work closely with DHHS Clinical Team
- Train staff on implementing your plans
- Provide on-call crisis support for your caseload
- Develop proactive crisis prevention strategies
- Valid license as LIMHP (Nebraska) or Licensed Psychologist, or certification as Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with ability to practice in Nebraska
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and meet regulatory deadlines
