What You’ll Do

• Evaluate client’s mental health condition based on the review of client information, including bio‑psycho‑social assessments, psychological evaluation, and diagnostics.
• Collect information about the client through interviews, observations, and tests. Prepare and maintain treatment records and reports.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans for the client(s) being served.

Requirements Of The Position

• Full‑time schedule, 40 hours a week, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm
• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a social science field (as defined by the Department of Mental Health).
• Active clinical license in the State of Missouri (Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred).
• Fluent in ASL – American Sign Language.
• Two (2) years of experience in direct service provision in a mental health setting.
• Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
