- Part-time;
Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Remote after first 90 days - Provides social work services to patients in an acute care setting for patients with acute, chronic or terminal illnesses and their families. Services include: identification of psychosocial needs, psychosocial assessment, discharge planning, crisis intervention, information and referrals, protective services, and patient/family education. A Social Worker functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team for patient care.
- Duties may also include assistance with program development, evaluation, professional education, or supervision of students and BSW staff.
- Licensed Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) in Missouri;
Master’s Degree in Social Work - Prior experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, home health, or nursing home) preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
- Computer skills and basic typing skills
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Missouri
- 2 years applicable experience preferred
- Part-time
- Day shift (United States of America)
