Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts, weekday & weekend call Call:
One night/week (17:31–07:00) and every 3rd weekend; tech will not work alone—nurse and another tech also on call
Job Duties:
Assist interventional radiologist in procedures using angiography, fluoroscopy, CT, OR, and ultrasound Practice radiation and laser safety for patients, staff, and self Use sterile technique; function in first scrub role preparing and anticipating instruments, supplies, and equipment for safe patient care Equipment:
Fluoroscopy, CT, Ultrasound, PACS, EMR Experience &
Skills:
Minimum 1 year hospital IR tech experience Strong neuro and stroke experience preferred Licensure &
Certifications:
ARRT-RT BLS (AHA/ARC) Nebraska Radiology License Orientation & Training: 12 hours of non-billable orientation Wide range of interventional procedures performed Other Notes:
No floating to other units Hospital-provided scrubs Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation Client may cancel up to 48 hours per 13-week contract Local candidates not accepted; 50-mile radius restriction
