Job Title: Senior Client Concierge Specialist
Job Overview: As a Senior Client Concierge Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting complex member cases within our Pharmacy Concierge Services. Your responsibilities will include communicating effectively with members, pharmacies, prescribers, and plans to address inquiries and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, track, and oversee daily workflows tailored to client requirements.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex cases by collecting, documenting, and researching pertinent information within set timelines.
Serve as an escalation point for unresolved inquiries, effectively addressing and resolving escalated issues.
Process and manage Pharmacy Concierge case inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation in claims processing and case management systems.
Handle various communication methods including phone, email, and fax for inquiries related to the concierge program.
Efficiently manage work queues to meet specific client turnaround times.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent GED.
A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, including 6 months as a Client Concierge Specialist.
At least 1 year of related experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring work visa or residency sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
Ability to thrive and collaborate within a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn internal systems and processes; proficiency in multiple databases and systems is essential.
Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including weekends and holidays.
Basic mathematical skills alongside general proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities.
Proven organizational skills and time management capabilities, with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) through PTCB or ExCPT.
Two years of relevant experience in PBM or healthcare environments.
Demonstrated competence in using RxClaim and other necessary tools.
