Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team and provide support to the individuals we support as a Residential Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP)/ Caregiver in Lincoln, NE.

Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings to ensure they have a meaningful life. You will support DSPs along with working side by side with them as they assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills residentially and in community settings.

Full-time during evening hours from 2p-11p. These are the preferred hours although some flexibility is available.

Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible and willing to adapt to change. Know the value of communication. Desire to support people and encourage them to reach goals. Understand the importance of documentation.

Must be 18 years old. Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Must be able to pass all background checks.

Starting pay is $19/hour. Pay range is $19-$20 per hour. We pay more for experience and if you have a CNA license. Incentives also available.
