Senior Provider Outreach & Partner

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Senior Provider Outreach & Growth Partner to serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and healthcare providers across Nebraska
. This position plays a key role in expanding the reach of our therapy services and strengthening relationships with diagnosing doctors, schools, daycares, hospitals, and community organizations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community outreach, relationship building, and promoting the therapeutic services offered by Above and Beyond Therapy.

• oTravel across Nebraska to meet with diagnosing doctors, Primary Care Providers(PCPs), schools, daycares, physical therapists (PT), occupational therapists (OT), speech-language pathologists (SLP), hospitals, autism groups, and other key healthcare providers.
• oSchedule and conduct in-person visits with an average of 8 appointments per day (Tuesday-Thursday).
• oMake introductory phone calls to new providers to schedule appointments and introducethe company’s services.
• oOver time, transition phone calls to regular check-ins with established relationships in place of in-person visits.
• oMaintain an up-to-date record of interactions with healthcare providers, tracking progress, feedback, and next steps.

• oAttend weekly meetings with the VP of Physician Partnerships and State Director of Operations
• opast week’s progress and strategize for the upcoming week.
• oConduct research to identify new providers in the region and explore opportunities for collaboration.

• oRepresent Above and Beyond Therapy at public community events (approximately two events per month),including youth-focused activities such as autism awareness initiatives, fundraisers, runs/walks, and conferences.
• oOrganize and participate in private community events every three months, such as family-friendly activities (e.g., Skyzone, petting zoos, trunk or treat, holiday events).

• oActively participate in local Facebook groups, Instagram, and Linked In to promote Above and Beyond Therapy services and increase visibility in the community.
• oShare relevant content to engage with the community and healthcare providers, fosteringa positive image of the company.

• o5+ years of proven experience in a similar liaison, sales, or outreach role, preferably in healthcare ortherapy-related fields.
• oStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• oComfortable with frequent travel across Nebraska.
• oSelf-motivated and able to manage a flexible schedule.
• oProficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• oAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
• oExperience with social media marketing is a plus.

$80,000 - $90,000 a year
