Overview
Eventide-Tabitha is currently hiring for a Part-Time Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) for a Day shift 6a-6p (12 Hours). This position has an every third weekend and holiday rotation.
The CNA assists in providing for the residents’ physical, mental, spiritual, psychological, and social needs in accordance with the established nursing care procedures under the supervision, guidance, and teaching of the supervisor in charge.
Responsibilities- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation, and continence.
- Assist with senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees.
- Follow department protocol for submission of completed documentation.
- Prioritize assignments and adjust throughout shift to meet frequently changing needs of seniors/clients/caregivers/TEA Members/managers; respond to call lights when necessary.
- Perform duties within the assigned work environment as directed by Tabitha, regardless of TEAMember preference.
- Follow through on the comprehensive care plan/service plan for each individual senior/client.
- Comply with HIPAA regulations regarding privacy and safeguard PHI at all times.
- At least age 18.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 6 months experience as an aide or caregiver preferred.
- Ability to provide assistance with activities of daily living as listed above.
At Eventide | Tabitha, we value our employees and offer a competitive starting pay range of $18.00-$20.16 per hour for CNAs based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are also available, for select positions, paid on employment status and shift worked.
