- JOB TITLE: Patient Access Specialist
- SUPERVISOR: Front Office Supervisor
- HOURS PER WEEK: 40hrs/Non-Exempt (Monday - Friday)
- DEPARTMENT: Patient Access
- HIRING BONUS: $1,000 after 90 days

Primary FunctionReceive patient calls and perform check in/out duties. Provide excellent customer service by scheduling appointments, registering patients, verifying insurance coverages, and assisting with patient inquiries.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesREQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent
Education/Licenses PreferredEDUCATION/LICENSES PREFERRED: Bachelor's Degree in related field
