Job Summary And Responsibilities
Analyzing lab testing is pretty complex. We depend on the knowledge and skills of our medical technologists when it comes to evaluating medical lab tests to determine what’s happening with our patients. They are vital to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases, accurately analyzing and reporting all lab tests according to procedures and regulatory guidelines. - Appropriately perform and report waived a variety of moderately and highly complex test procedures
- Provide excellent patient care throughout the laboratory process within established turnaround times
- Assist in upkeep and maintenance of major automated equipment
- Perform proficiency testing as assigned, participating in opportunities for continued education or training
- Complete all work and resolve or escalate issues as needed
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements
- Other duties as assigned
- May consider MLT qualified candidates for similar position

What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Lab Science or Medical Technology, or related field defined by CLIA
- Appropriately trained in clinical lab science
- Position may be filled as MLT Med Lab Tech for qualified applicants
- Certified as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist by ASCP

Pay Range$29.36 - $43.68 /hour
