We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate and dependable Bath Aide to join our care team and provide high‑quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being. As a Bath Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health, dignity, and comfort of our residents.

This position operates in a skilled nursing facility.

• Provide complete and partial baths, bed baths, showers, and perineal care.
• Maintain residents' comfort, privacy, and dignity during hygiene care.
• Observe and report any skin changes, rashes, wounds, or bruising.
• Monitor water temperature and safety protocols during all care.
• Assist with dressing and grooming after hygiene procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathing areas and equipment.
• Assist residents with toileting and incontinence care if needed.
• Accurately document completed care services.
• Fill in as a Certified Nurse Aide as needed to meet residents need.
• Maintain accurate records and follow HIPAA/confidentiality policies.
• Support the care team with tasks related to resident safety and comfort.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Experience in personal hygiene or bathing care preferred.
• Attentive to resident needs, respectful, and gentle demeanor.
• Knowledge of infection control and skin care protocols.
• Physically capable of assisting residents in bathing safely.
