- Companion Caregivers are really just companions: safety checks, meal prep, clothing selection, games, errands, housekeeping, making someone smile.
- Personal Caregivers help seniors bathe, get dressed, brush teeth, medication reminders, general mobility around the house. Some may have certifications like CNA, HHA, or PCA, but not required.
If you have experience caring for a family member, have been a full‑time parent or homemaker, worked in assisted living facility, skilled nursing, senior home, senior center, teacher, childcare worker, or retired and want to give back, you may be a great Caregiver. Certifications like Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid, and Personal Care Aid are desirable but not required.
