Physical Therapist - New Grads

Overview

Outpatient Physical Therapist based out of a rural non-profit hospital. This outpatient Physical Therapist position offers the financial stability of a regional employer while maintaining the intimate setting of an outpatient clinic. All patients are scheduled for 45 minute evals with 1-on-1 treatments directly with the Physical Therapist. The role joins an existing team of 4 other Physical Therapists alongside 4 PTAs and back office staff that handles all clerical tasks.

New graduates will find our Mentorship program very familiar as it runs similar to a clinical shadowing rotation — you’ll spend 3 weeks with a 50% shared caseload and build toward your own panel of patients. Experienced Physical Therapists can focus more time on specialty areas like Lymphedema, Pelvic Health, Neuro, Vestibular, Dry Needlings, etc.

$81,000 - $128,000 salary

Monday - Friday, Day shift, 1:4 Saturdays, No holidays!

• 9-10 patients per day
• 1-on-1 treatment with 69% productivity
• 45 minute evals, 45 minute treatments
• Adult ortho, neuro, vestibular, lymph, and pelvic health
• Therapy pool, fitness center, kitchen, and two new gyms

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred
• New graduate Physical Therapists invited to apply
