As a Dietician, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and support. Environment:

This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments to identify nutrition needs and develop individualized meal plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to implement nutrition plans and monitor patient progress
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition
  • Stay up to date with latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and incorporate into practice
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient nutrition and education, preferably in a skilled nursing facility or similar environment, is preferred but not required.
  • Registered Dietician (RD) or eligible for registration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Minimum Years of

    Experience:

    1-2 years, with a strong foundation in nutrition and healthcare. We will train if needed and if you plan on getting License within a week of hire.
