Join our dedicated team as a Medical Laboratory Scientist and help provide high‑complexity testing on blood and body fluids to assist in diagnosing and treating disease. You will collaborate with skilled professionals in a state‑of‑the‑art laboratory environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform high‑complexity testing on blood and body fluids to assist in diagnosing and treating disease.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to critical patient care decisions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to new Medical Laboratory Scientists.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting using laboratory information systems.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory/medical technology science.
  • ASCP certification (or equivalent) in two or more general lab areas preferred.
  • Eligibility for ASCP certification required within 6 months of hire.
  • Experience &

    Skills:

    Competency in at least two or more lab disciplines (e.g., chemistry, microbiology, hematology, blood bank).
  • Strong verbal communication for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Excellent written documentation skills and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and manage tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
