NTT DATA seeks a Financial & Accounting Operations Processing Senior Associate in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role involves supporting financial transaction processing, including phone support for agents regarding commissions.
Compensation and BenefitsHourly wage: $19.00/hr eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, flexible spending/health savings account, life & AD&D insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, 401k with company match, and other voluntary/legally required benefits.
Hours of OperationMonday to Friday, 8am-5pm CST.
Basic Qualifications- Two years accounting experience
- Two years of account reconciliation
- Two years data entry
- Two years MS Excel
- Provides operational support to employees on all phases of financial transaction processing.
- Interacts with clients and internal departments to solve issues.
- Identifies and resolves issues around pending transactions.
- Performs quality audit on accounts.
- Demonstrates client interaction skills.
- Analyzes reasons behind incomplete transactions.
- Understands process interdependencies.
- Possesses deep domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting.
