Key Responsibilities Review and implement loss mitigation workout options and manage a caseload of mortgage assistance applications Evaluate customer documentation to determine eligibility for loss mitigation options and communicate findings to relevant parties Prepare and send necessary documentation for loan modifications, forbearance plans, and other related processes
Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 2 years of experience in Collections, Loss Mitigation, or mortgage servicing Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and GSE underwriting guidelines Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act
