As we continue to grow, we are adding an Associate to support our clients and partners through exceptional service and precise execution.

This is a non-client-advisory role that is critical to the daily operations of the firm. The Associate provides licensed client service and transaction support, trading support, and operational assistance across the firm. While this role does not involve providing financial advice, it does require active licenses to support service and transaction-related client needs.

• Client Service & Licensed Transaction Support

• Support account transactions, distributions, transfers, and service requests requiring registered representative involvement
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding service items, documentation, and next steps
• Escalate questions or issues to partners when appropriate

• Trading & Portfolio Support

• Execute investment trades accurately and in accordance with firm strategies and client restrictions
• Proactively monitor accounts for cash needs, rebalancing, distributions, and follow-up items
• Review trades and account activity for accuracy and alignment prior to execution

• Operations & Advisor Support

• Prepare and process account paperwork and account maintenance requests
• Coordinate with the firm’s custodian to ensure timely completion of requests
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and portfolio systems
• Provide proactive operational support to advisors and partners

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, operations, trading, or licensed client service
• Active Series 7, Series 66, and SIE licenses required
• Strong professional phone presence and client communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with LPL Financial systems is a plus, but not required
