This position is responsible for enhancing athletic competition atmosphere for athletes and spectators by serving as the On-Field Emcee and delivering an unforgettable fan experience. Must abide by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely.

• Hosts and emcees all in-game promotions and fan engagement activities.
• Interacts with fans of all ages in fun, energetic and professional manner.
• Works closely with the promotions and production team to execute game scripts and timing.
• Always represents the Lincoln Saltdogs brand positively and enthusiastically.
• Assists with on-field setup and breakdown of promotional activities as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and
• Previous experience as an emcee or entertainment announcer; or
• An equivalent combination of education, experience and training.

• Valid NE drivers’ license

Must be insurable under the company’s insurance program.

• Must have extensive knowledge of baseball to effectively engage fans.
• Able to commit to all 50 home games, including mid-week games, nights, weekends, and possibly playoff games
• Able to stand for long periods and move quickly through the ballpark.

Candidate is required to meet the above qualifications, task frequency and PPE requirements. Approval of pre-employment reference & background checks, and post offer drug/alcohol testing with back screens (if required) are required as conditions of employment.
