Gaming Manager | Terrey Hills Tavern

The Terrey Hills Hotel is seeking a professional and compliance-focused Gaming Manager to oversee our gaming operations. We are looking for a hands‑on leader who can maintain a high standard of service and ensure a premium experience for our patrons.

To be considered, you must be over 18, hold a current RSA and RCG.

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget.
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.

About you:

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates.
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
• You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
