A leading semiconductor company in Lincoln, NE is looking for an experienced engineer to lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for their advanced GaN semiconductor devices. The ideal candidate will coordinate product definitions, design, testing, and qualification while interacting with cross-functional teams such as marketing, engineering, and manufacturing. Applicants should have a BS and/or MS in engineering or science, with a minimum of 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing, and excellent communication skills.
