With a strong reputation for quality and integrity, we are looking to expand our leadership team with an experienced Project Manager who can drive growth, build strong teams, and lead projects from preconstruction through completion.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Commercial Mechanical Piping/Plumbing Project Manager with hands‑on field experience and proven management skills. The ideal candidate will hold a Master Plumber’s License
, have deep knowledge of commercial/industrial plumbing and piping systems, and be skilled in estimation (Quotesoft preferred). This is a long‑term leadership role with the potential for ownership for the right candidate.
- Lead and manage commercial and industrial plumbing/piping projects from bid to closeout
- Oversee estimation and preconstruction using Quotesoft software
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to field crews and project teams
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and general contractors to ensure project success
- Manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
- Support the growth of the mechanical division through leadership, business development, and operational excellence
- Master Plumber’s License required
- 7+ years of experience in commercial/industrial plumbing and mechanical piping project management
- Previous field experience strongly preferred (so you can relate to and support field teams)
- Proven track record in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership
- Strong estimation experience; proficiency with Quotesoft is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Desire to grow with the company and take on a long‑term leadership role
- Competitive salary: $110,000 – $125,000
