About the Role

At Egis Group / Inhabit, we present an outstanding two-year graduate program designed to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills. We are seeking talented, motivated, and innovative Graduates to join our dynamic and high-performing Facades & Sustainability team in Melbourne for 2026!

• Undertaking the design, engineering and documentation for façade and build-ability consultancy inclusive of detailed engineering calculations, analysis, drawings, and specifications.
• Reviewing contractor submissions, show drawings and calculations.
• Façade engineering design and buildability consultancy, including material knowledge and installation techniques.
• Assisting in preparing tender submissions.
• Liaising and coordinating with the design/project team and other disciplines within Inhabit as required.
• Building relationships with clients on projects and develop contacts within the façade industry.

• Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Civil / Structural engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering OR Bachelor of Design (Architecture).
• Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
• Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired.
• Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired.
• Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
