Adecco is currently assisting one of its top clients in their search for an Process Engineer working in LINCOLN NE 68517 (Onsite).
Pay Range: $40 - 42 per hour without benefits
Shift Time: Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm
Role Purpose
This is a critical role within the OPEX team at the site, responsible for executing Continuous Improvement plans to achieve growth and profitability objectives. The Process Engineer will implement Operational Excellence principles and tools to deliver business strategy and improve performance in Safety, Quality, Service and Cost through a data‑driven approach. The role also involves project management and execution of productivity initiatives aligned with site goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage F4G (Opportunity and Loss Matrix) projects.
- Optimize and maintain OPEX tools for site usage.
- Facilitate Kaizen events to support site performance.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for two Reliability pillars (5S, SMED, Autonomous Maintenance, Center lining).
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for waste reduction, line balancing and line flow optimization.
- Responsible for 6-10 projects annually.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in Operational Excellence systems (Lean, Six Sigma) and project management.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
- Adhere to all Quality Compliance standards (Data Integrity, ALCOA, cGMP, QA/QC, etc.) including QMS policy and regulatory requirements.
- Degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering (Master's in Industrial Engineering preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and OSHA regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Value‑Stream Mapping (VSM) and problem‑solving techniques (RCA).
- FMCG manufacturing background.
- Familiarity with Power BI and OEE data collection systems.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $42.00 per hour
