Responsible for team leadership and project delivery.
Support the Regional Director/Technical Director with the following:
- MEP project delivery
- Client satisfaction
- Job profitability
- Job cash flow
- Project quality
- Technical content of projects
- QAQC of projects
- Presenting to clients
- Preparing client/project proposals
- Resolving staff issues
Be responsible for the technical content of respective projects within the team, implementing processes defined by the Technical Director, and leading MEP delivery on a diverse range of projects.
Approve packages delivered by the team and check work authored.
Manage the team to effectively allocate resources to meet project demands, ensuring optimal utilization of team members.
Motivate team members and foster a positive approach to project delivery.
Lead training efforts and identify training needs for team members.
Implement strategies defined by the Regional Director and/or the Technical Directors.
What do we need from you- BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional Qualification will be an added advantage.
- Well versed in Local authority Standards of KSA.
- Well versed in Mechanical calculations HAP; IES.
- Capable of reviewing CFD models and delivering designs that are both technically sound and commercially viable.
