We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. As a Pre-K teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons to a group of 4-5-year-old children who are gearing up to start their Elementary School Years. You will play a key role in helping young learners develop basic skills in literacy, numeracy, social interaction, and creativity in a supportive classroom environment.
ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. As a Pre-K teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons to a group of 4-5-year-old children who are gearing up to start their Elementary School Years. Qualifications- 18+ Years Old
- Assistant:
Experience in preschool setting is preferred - Lead:
Meet one of the following: - Hold a bachelor’s or Associate’s in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development
- Have a Child Development Associate Credential
- Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children
- 3+ years experience in childcare or classroom management preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Teaching certification is preferred but not required.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably with young children (ages 3-5).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Patience, creativity, outside of the box thinker, and a passion for working with young children.
- Knowledge of early childhood education curriculum and learning standards.
- Familiarity with online assessment tools and child development tracking.
- Ability to engage children through storytelling, songs, and interactive activities.
