Summer Seasonal, University Professor, Academic, Special Needs / Learning Disabilities
The teacher will evaluate student-submitted assignments using a course rubric and grade each submitted assignment within 7 business days; be familiar with provided plagiarism-detecting software; participate in any professional development that is offered; maintain current knowledge base in endorsed teaching area; reply to student questions that are received; complete any necessary documentation or records that would be required.
Participate on cross functional team projects representing Instructional Services. Communicate with students, parents and schools. The position also designs and implements teacher development activities and provides educational technology support for the high school program.

Required Qualifications:- 5 years successful teaching experience
- Hold/Maintain valid NE K-12 or 7-12 certificate, endorsed in the teaching area
- Equivalent combination of education and experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
