At the YMCA, being a Chronic Disease Management Instructor means helping people take control of their health and their futures. Our instructors guide participants through programs that build strength, resilience, and confidence - empowering them to live fuller, healthier lives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading supportive, educational group exercise classes designed to help participants manage chronic health conditions
• Creating a safe, welcoming environment where everyone feels supported.
• Encouraging healthy habits, celebrating progress, and inspiring confidence.
• Building genuine relationships that motivate participants to stay committed to their wellness journeys.
