Administrator, Elementary School Principal Pool

Job Description

Elementary School Principal (PreK-5) Applicant Pool,  1.0 FTE, 260 days. The principal is responsible for providing leadership by implementing and supervising an effective instructional program in a positive and supportive learning environment assuring the academic achievement of all students in a comprehensive elementary school (PreK-5) in a diverse, urban setting. Leadership staff includes an assistant principal, or general instruction coordinator, and a special education coordinator.

• Must qualify for, or hold, a Nebraska Administrative certificate with Elementary Principal endorsement.
• Demonstrated successful administrative/leadership experience required with a commitment to working in a culturally diverse learning environment.
• Doctorate preferred.
